30/30/30
Burn fat, build muscle & gain flexibility all in 90 minutes! Start with 30 minutes of cardio, followed by 30 minutes of BODYPUMP, & finish with 30 minutes of yoga/stretch. Maximize fat-burning, muscle-strengthening,
& flexibility with this well-rounded class!
Aqua Arthritis Workout
This class is a slower paced water workout to ensure joint safety.
Aqua Fitness
All the advantages of a great cardio workout without the impact! The natural resistance of water provides an ideal environment for all fitness levels and abilities wanting to enjoy the many advantages of group exercise.
Aqua Interval Training
This class will include high and low intensity water aerobics with strength training intervals.
Aqua Zumba
Integrating the Zumba formula & philosophy, this safe and effective water-based workout is designed to get you moving & smiling!
BODYCOMBAT™
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. BODYPUMP™
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. You'll get the results you came for – and fast!
C.H.I.S.E.L.
This multi-dimensional workout is the ultimate group strength training class. Using barbells and a host of other tools, you will work all major muscle groups. Heavier weights and multiple sets will improve strength. Endurance will train you to work longer.
Cardio C.S.I.
C.S.I. Cardio Strength Intervals! This interval class combines cardio, strength, endurance, and balance training for a physical and mental challenge.
Cardio Jam
Classic Cardio! This class provides minimal impact to the joints with maximum energy output! It's low impact, but not low intensity. Join in for a dynamic workout!
Classic Yoga & Meditation
This class includes exercises for rejuvenating joints and muscles; postures for endurance, flexibility and strength; as well as breath control and relaxation techniques for lowering blood pressure. Class will also include visualization and imagery.
Club Strength
Muscle strengthening class designed to shape your physique, raise your metabolism, and improve your energy! A challenge to the muscles, utilizing various types of resistance equipment - weights, dynabands, tubing, etc.

Core Challenge
Every movement you make involves the core, and this class will utilize varying techniques and equipment to help increase core stability, posture and balance!
Cycle
An athletic cycle program utilizing the most innovating sport psychology, including guided imagery, visualization, and motivational techniques. No exercise background is necessary. Set your own pace; everyone starts and finishes together!
Cycle CSI: Cardio Strength Intervals
A cycle class with intervals of strength training exercises to give a complete workout for the heart & muscles.
Cycle Plus
Enjoy a great cardiovascular workout on the bikes, followed by a challenging core, strength training and/or stretch session to balance your workout!
Dance Stretch
Same as Pure Stretch, but with the style of early modern dance and ballet.
Forever Fit
Forever Fit incorporates cardio, strength training, and stretching into one complete class. This class is specifically designed for seniors, beginners, prenatal/postpartum participants, and anyone desiring a more gentle, complete, and effective workout.
Just Dance!
Join us for a fun filled hour and experience the dancer in you! Several styles, from latin, to broadway and jazz are practiced in an hour that will make you forget the “work” in “workout”. All experience levels are welcome!
Pilates Mat
Based on the works of Joseph Pilates, this class strengthens core muscles while opening joints and releasing tension. Create and condition strong, elongated and flexible muscles that improve posture, strength and overall athletic performance.
Power Yoga
Increase your physical and mental awareness with postures that will blend strength with flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination and concentration. While following basic yoga postures, this class is fitness based, providing a challenging and energizing workout.
Restorative Yoga
Not just for beginners, this gentle yoga class encourages you to explore range of motion, improve body awareness, and restore balance in your workouts. The focus is on active relaxation, leading to rejuvenation through settling into greater periods of stillness.
Step 2
Intermediate level step class with slightly more complex movement patterns. Previous step experience will make this class easy to follow.
Step 3
An intense and advanced Step class which may include more complicated movement and choreography. Familiarity with step terminology and movements is recommended.
Stretch & Stabilize
A class focusing on muscle relaxation and flexibility. A gentle warm up gets the muscles ready to lengthen while focusing on posture & alignment.

Yoga 1
This class is an introduction to Hatha Yoga. Focus on balanced integration of body, mind and spirit. Postures and posture flows bring increased strength and flexibility to the body. Conscious attention to the breath and the workings of the mind bring a sense of calm.
Yoga 2
More intense than Yoga 1, Yoga 2 incorporates additional poses that may be held for longer periods of time.
Yogalates
This mind/body awareness class blends Pilates Mat work and Hatha Yoga to focus on strengthening core musculature, improving balance and increasing flexibility.
Zumba
A latin influenced dance style class that combines high energy moves and dance combinations that are designed to make your workout fun and make you feel great!
